1. What sizes do you carry?
We believe fashion should fit every body. Many of our clothing pieces range from Small to 4XL and above, with size charts on each product page to help you choose the right fit.

2. Are your items true to size?
Yes, we design with real bodies in mind. Check the size guide on each product page for the most accurate fit.

3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the United States. International shipping options are coming soon.

4. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the products ordered.

5. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view updates anytime.

6. Are your skincare and haircare products cruelty-free?
Yes! Vardays Vital Essence products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made with globally sourced, sustainable ingredients.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

8. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We are working to be able to process all return however at the moment returns are not accepted but may be able to be processed on certain orders or we can resolve your issue in another way. A return will only even be considered if you have recieved a damaged or incorrect item. Contact us about your order so that we can further assist.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

10. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, but having an account makes tracking orders and saving favorites easier for future shopping.
